I started one of the hardest tasks a few weeks ago: looking for new pillows.
To be honest, I have about a million pillows on my bed, either for or.
Okay, not millions, but a few people who play the role of decoration and props.
Cat bed assistant at night
They support characters with key features in what I call home zoo, but they don\'t play the lead role.
My pillow.
The one where my head really stays
Do all the heavy work.
It worked and the pillow worked, and when I tried to find sleep after a stressful day, it endured intermittent nights being blown and flipped.
But recently, the pillow I starred in has always felt lazy, tired and discouraged.
Need to retire.
I know it\'s not easy to find a replacement.
I have been addicted to sleep for more than a year.
Since I got a Fitbit that shows me how little nights I actually get, I \'ve made trying to get more sound sleep a priority for life (
According to experts, seven to eight hours.
I\'m not alone.
The Guardian recently reported a story: \"Sleep is everywhere . \".
\"We are ruthlessly informed of how much we need, what happens if we don\'t get it, and how much the economy has lost among the tired workers.
Sleep experts spread their advice and opinions like finding some new philosopher\'s stones, and sleep books have now become an elegant choice for best sellers and bedside tables.
The story continues to explain, \"Sleep has become a new spa or health center.
Some companies have \"sleep policies\" and others, such as the United States. S.
Insurance company Aetna provides financial rewards for accumulating a certain number of 7 employees
Sleep for an hour.
For me, this means falling asleep at 9 in the evening. m.
As long as I can, because I tend to get up early at 5. m.
This recognition was a bit painful when I first did math (
Yes, you can find the sleep calculator online)
But the fact remains that counting eight hours from the time you go to bed is not always easy.
This is what I have been doing before.
My sleep tracker shows me how many times I wake up in one night, and I do feel much better when I adjust to a strict morning sleep.
The Guardian particularly resonates with the comparison between good night sleep and spa, because if you can choose to stay at the spa for a few hours or two hours
Take a nap. I usually choose a nap.
Unless I really need mani/Peedi, I think I will reluctantly accept the offer from the spa in this case.
But before the sun falls completely in the summer, I am the one who everyone laughs at climbing into the bed.
So maybe I\'m the only one.
But it\'s tricky to go back to my search for the perfect pillow.
Cool gel and memory foam and structured pillows that help ease pain in the neck and back can easily be tempted.
A friend told me she used to spend $300 on a pillow and she said it changed her life and it was a serious dedication to sleep.
This time I was just looking for a normal ole pillow . . . . . . A pillow that\'s not quite like life --
The price tag as $300 could change.
I played a dozen or more times before deciding on two finalists.
The first result is soft but supports (
A bit crowded/noisy though)
My head fell asleep about a second after hitting it for three nights in a row, so I thought it was a goalkeeper.
I mean, it\'s definitely an admin because I can\'t return it, but so far it avoids the waste of unused bedding in the closet of the excess room.
The second one is a bit used to it, but the noise is smaller and ultimately more comfortable, so I think one person will stay as well.
All of this shows that after all the hard work and research, the pillow will most likely end up like my favorite --
Taken over by pets, covered in their hair, and then dropped by me when I was tired of fighting for my stuff and giving in to them.
